Hartford Insurance Burnt Me!

I couldn't believe that after being with Hartford Insurance for nearly two years that they dropped me without notice! What's worse is that I ALWAYS paid my car insurance bill on time; every time and I never once missed a payment! Hartford Insurance burnt me - they canceled my policy because of a computer error and when I found out about it the reps had the audacity to be rude to me! I think the only one that deserved to be rude was me, but I tried to remain calm about the situation. That's until they told me that there might be additional fees on my next bill for the reinstatement of my policy! With that, I decided to find another company and I have since canceled my policy with them completely. I haven't looked back since - not only did I find a better rate for car insurance than that Hartford Insurance offered, but I found reps that really care about the customer. Good riddance!
