Crooked Insurance company with rude staff

With comprehensive insurance the run around I got is unbelievable. They will declare total loss just by looking model year and mileage. No consideration of mechanical conditions and reliability of car. In past GMAC repaired a car which had similar damage due to slipping on ice without any question. That care is still in use without a problem. My experience with Hartford is disappointing. They will take your money every month but when time will come (God forbid) they will tell you to fly a kite.
