No good lying conniving Hartford Insurance Co.I come to complaint about the Hartford Insurance Co. because they denied my claim. Cancellation fee rip-offI have been with Hartford for 10 years of auto ins. I have never made a claim. Upon getting other quotes I found I could save over 400$ per year so I cancelled with Hartford. They are charging me 10% of my premium as a "cancellation fee". No where is this charge explained in the handbook they continued... |

Make all communication in writing, and dont believe your agent. He is taught to sell policies not understand themOur agent told us "Hired non owned" insurance would cover our out of town sales trips when renting cars. He said we would save $$ on expensive rental car insurance coverages and would not have to rely on our salesman's personal insurance coverages (or lack thereof).
