rude claim assistant and trying to cheap outI filed a claim earlier this month. Not only was the customer service rude and demeaning, the company also tried to fix my car cheaper than necessary and only make it look okay, rather than doing it the right way. Our appraisal was for $1,700, but they tried to only give us $1,100. We're still working it out, but I'm not sure I want to stay with them after this experience.
