Customer Review - Hanover

Worthless policy

Virtually every home in my neighborhood (including those on all sides om mine) had its roof entirely replaced due to a hail storm in April 2010, but Citizens/Hanover can't find evidence of damage on my roof, and has denied my claim. My advice - avoid this company at all costs; their coverage may be a little cheaper than some others, but you'll be wasting what you do spend because when you need them they won't be there. Isn't that the whole point of insurance?
