Customer Review - Hanover

They are very good

I had an accident with a Hanover insured customer. My car was totaled and it was the fault of the other party. I contacted Hanover after I received the police report. The lady - Jessica at Hanover was very nice to me. They sent a representative promptly to my place to get an estimate of the car. And once declared totaled, they paid me a fair price for my car.

I don't know why people go on writing bad about them. I was initially skeptical about them but am now convinced about their highest quality of service.
