TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH

A Hanover customer ran a stop sign and hit my car. They were charged and CLEARLY at fault, but Hanover tried to say we were both at fault and would only pay 85% of damages! I was told, "You should have seen the car running the stop sign and reacted quicker". Crooks!
