Customer Review - Hanover

Screwed Over & Over !!!!!!

This was the guys insurance that hit us, our cars were parked in the driveway & he hit both cars !! This Hanover insurance totally Sucked from day one, They did take responsibility & paid the bill.... But that was it !! I had to constantly call & monitor every aspect as they did absolutely nothing !!! They kept screwing up the rental car, Telling us to return it when the car was in the shop being repaired almost on a daily basis... They don't care about repairing the car to our satisfaction !!! Shitty paint job..
They Had 5 different agents assigned , Not one new what was going one, or new what the other had said or done.. I spent like 15 hrs of my own time on this mess & it's less than satisfactory... I would NEVER EVER have them as my insurance ....
They don't care about you at all !!!! Even when their client was totally at fault !!!!

Please do yourself a favor & run Away as fast as you can !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
