San Francisco Hanover ....bad newsI had the very bad fortune of having to deal with some of the most unhelpful conceited RVP at Hanover SF by the name of John Buckelew. He did everything but try and tell me that you have no rights as a customer and I will not do business with Hanover San Francisco again . Please learn from my past mistake.
