LOW RATES DUE TO POOR SERVICE FOR THE UNFORTUNATE DRIVER HIT BY A HANOVER INSURED

I was involved in an accident with a Hanover Insured customer. The accident was clearly the fault of the other driver; however, the customer service rep gave me a lot of grief about the accident and then sent me a claims form to complete and return. I did that (along with a lot of proof), but the claim was not paid. It's no wonder the rates are low for their own insured's! As long as they don't do the right thing by taking care of the victims of their insured's, the rates will remain low! Now, I have to hire an attorney (which I have NEVER done and hate to do....but, right is right!!!!)
