How do they slep at night?

Just wondering how the people who work for Hanover and who go out of their way to treat people so badly can even sleep at night. I guess it takes "special people" who don't even think twice about how they treat others to do this kind of job. I could not laugh at and talk down to people who have been through an unfortunate crisis and go above and beyond to make them feel worse. Where I come from we don't treat people like that. We do everything we can to make things a little easier. It's too bad Hanover is not an insurance company that offers that peace of mind and reassurance to their customers. Instead they string you along, lie, tell you they will call you and don't. The people I have dealt with are the most unprofessional and rudest people that I have probably ever talked to. You get a different story every time you talk to them. Now we are really starting to understand why they were the cheapest insurance when our local agent shopped around for us. Goes to show you really do get what you pay for. When our claim is settled and our house repaired, we will be moving on to a different insurance company and I will be advertising to everyone what an awful, inconsiderate insurance company The Hanover Insurance Group is!
