Horrible claim service and customer service

We had 2 separate claims regarding damage to our roof and had NO luck getting it covered. When I called to speak to someone, they put me through to the adjuster. After 2, MAYBE 4 minutes, he told me he "didn't have time for me" and that he had other customers to deal with. I told him he shouldn't even bother because they don't pay claims anyway! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! SWITCHING COMPANIES ASAP!!!!
