Customer Review - Hanover

Hanover sucks to deal with!

I was hit in a motor vehicle accident by a person who had Hanover they were terrible mt insurance company and I had to make all contact with them they NEVER returned any of my phone calls! 3 weeks after being hit they had my car looked at and totaled it and then gave me an unfair price.... All they give me is the run around and send me to their managers voice mails who again never returns my phone calls. They are extremely rude and belittle you I would never want them for my insurance company..... I haven't even dealt with the medical bills portion and I am scared of what awaits me with dealing with that!
