Hanover is Trustworthy

I have Hanover insurance on my home and when Hurricane Katrina hit I was not at all concerned that I did not have the appropriate coverage to help me deal with some of the damages. Hanover was great when it came time to make a claim and was very kind to me at a time when I really needed them to be. Worried about insurance rate hikes afterwards, I noticed that the Hanover insurance costs did go up some, but it was nothing unreasonable given the number of claims the company probably had to deal with after the hurricane. Since Hanover has been so reasonable to me I intend to remain a loyal customer. I see no need to shop for another company now and I believe my decision to rely on Hanover Insurance was really for the best. I have heard about other carriers increasing rates astronomically after Katrina - but I guess since I am with Hanover I am one of the lucky ones.
