Hanover Insurance: Extremely Unscrupulous, Probably Unlawful

My car was recently hit by a vehicle whose driver was insured by Hanover. Hanover's adjuster was shady to deal with and refused to resolve the claim in a timely manner. Hanover sought delay settlement by getting statements from "witnesses" who later revealed that they did not see the accident. I would strongly urge any prospective customers to reconsider and use a more reputable company.
