Deceptive & Harassing

Do not go with Hanover. Don't let their low prices fool you. I was with them for a year and a half, no problems. But when I decided to switch to another company, Hanover decided to charge me for another month of insurance. My insurance with Hanover expired 12/26 and my insurance with the other company began on 12/27. I have faxed letters to them & to the collection agency which they now have after me (for a mere $50-- which I do not owe, so they'll never see), and they have consequently lowered the amount they're trying to milk out of me to $27. I was told that once I sent them the right paperwork, they would stop trying to pursue this imaginary debt. Yet, that's evidently not the case. I am getting my papers together and will be getting to the bottom of this, with or without an attorney at my side (and the latter is looking most likely now). TERRIBLE customer service.
