Worthless policyVirtually every home in my neighborhood (including those on all sides om mine) had its roof entirely replaced due to a hail storm in April 2010, but Citizens/Hanover can't find evidence of damage on my roof, and has denied my claim. Horrible claim service and customer serviceWe had 2 separate claims regarding damage to our roof and had NO luck getting it covered. When I called to speak to someone, they put me through to the adjuster. After 2, MAYBE 4 minutes, he told me he "didn't have time for me" and that he had other customers to deal with. I told him he shouldn't continued... |

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!
Their insured hit my car while making an illegal u-turn from the right hand lane. He cut right in front of me like a SWAT move as I was in the left hand lane. He was given tickets for reckless driving and for making an illegal u-turn, AND HANOVER ONLY ISSUED HIM 85% of the blame!!! |

Hanover is a piece of sh*t company!My got was hit and totaled and Hanover refused to pay for the damage because I wasn't the driver. Just because its my care doesn't mean I no one else can drive it. Any one can drive your care and be covered as long as they don't live in the same house hold as you. Hanover sucks!!!!!! I would never get continued... |

They'll screw you on the claim by totally under pricing your car.This company is trying to screw me on a claim by totally low balling a offer to settle on my car which they totaled. They own adjuster stated a fair price when he examined the vehicle and then their claims specialist throws an offer several thousand of dollars less, even when confronted with evidence continued... |

Hanover Insurance: Extremely Unscrupulous, Probably UnlawfulMy car was recently hit by a vehicle whose driver was insured by Hanover. Hanover's adjuster was shady to deal with and refused to resolve the claim in a timely manner. They work hard to screw you overHanover Insurance covers the person who hit me in their vehicle. I have had nothing but problems with the company who refuses to pay for my medical bills even though it was their party's fault 100%. They are horrible!!! continued... |
