left homeless is wat they do

i am a father of two your kids we had a fire in our home witch cost the lives of our animals and almost ours foremost was quick to say we were nt covered then i said i will talk to my lawyer and hung up they called me back 15 mins later and said they will cover us . i was a lil happy but now i have no home and no belongings they said they would send me money for a place to stay havent seen that yet , they said they were gonna call me right back that never happened , i left messages after messages that never happened so i am to the point that i am thinking about when it is all said and done getting new insurance somewhere else cause they are very rude on phone and dont care about you they might say they do but they dont have a nice day and dont get screwed like i did ....
