Unfair 2010 WI insurance mandate allowed 74% hike in rates

Really disappointed. I had J.C. Taylor antique insurance for 30 years, but the most recent underwriter (Foremost) decided to apply what certainly must be the ripoff to end all ripoffs, by raising premium 74% in just one year. Wisconsin mandated that everyone needs auto insurance as of 6/1/2010, yet this company has decided to virtually violate their existing customers. I hope J.C. Taylor, finds another underwriter and soon. They are going to lose a customer because of this insult.
