Talk about Obtuse adjuster

I understand everyone’s frustration: I own a RV repair service: I have written estimates for every major insurance company in the United States and Canada. I have not ever had an estimate questioned untill Karen Gulley of Foremost Insurance walks in (like the Rambo of the RV industry) she is rude and unprofessional. She hacked up my estimate so bad; one would think she would make a good lumberjack. Before it was over my estimate was cut in half. When I ask her where she got her labor- hours and labor - rates, she beat around the bush with no answer, then after a few minutes, she stated “Foremost Insurance has it’s own standards,” so “I ask her where did they come from?” She stated, “We talk to the people that make the RVs.” This is the good part, (our company is RVDA-RVIA members and with RVDA- RVIA Certified Technicians) we are an authorized warranty service center for most of the company’s that make RV’s as Karen Gulley would say. Every job our company does is based on the standards and guidelines set by RVDA-RVIA’s 9th Edition Service Management Guide Book (Written by RVDA-RVIA). For a little history RVDA-RVIA regulates the entire RV industry, they write the labor guides our company uses to write estimates. My Service Manager has over 25 years experience and my other technician has 10 years experience So far we have a 100% customer satisfaction rate and can prove it. As of today I have had two insurance estimates questioned and both times it was Karen Gulley of Foremost Insurance. So today I requested Karen Gulley leave my property and under no reason will I ever allow her back Our Company will now refuse the job if Foremost Insurance is involved. I am also filing a complaint with the State board of Insurance.
