Getting screwed by Foremost and other Ins. Co.'s

I pay for my homeowners to foremost,I recently had a theft of two snapper riding mower's, I filed a claim ,and then I found out I had replacement cost on my policy, everything good so far but then come down to the only way they will pay full price is that I go and buy two mower's out of my pocket and send them the receipt and they will send my a check,that is fine ,but one little problem,I don't have the $4800.00 to do this ,so that means if my house burnt down,I will have to come up with the money up front to pay for all this and send them a receipt, now this ins. is only for rich people or people with real good credit, So now who is really getting screwed ????
