NEVER choose Farmers...their agents and claims dept are incompetent, unprofessional, untimely and uncaring. Do NOT have a claim or else you will regret it. Do NOT pick agent PACHIA LOR out of Appleton, WI---not good; English speaking & writing skills are poor; not knowledgeable about her own Company's claim process at all!!! She does NOT return phone calls or reply to emails! If your vehicle is totaled and claim sent to their total loss damage appraiser BRADEN OVERMAN in Oklahoma, you will be waiting for weeks for him to contact you...he has lot's of excuses for all his delays; he makes no effort & takes no initiative to contact you; he is unwilling to do any negotiation whatsoever...very unprofessional. Don't know how he still has his job... BOTTOM LINE...DO NOT BUY FROM FARMERS. Check all OCI ratings in your state & you will find Farmers leads in OCI complaints from unhappy customers. "NO" to Farmers...you will have better luck elsewhere!!!
