I worked for this company and can testify all complaints are valid. This company is horrible in the manner in which it treats its customers but it is even worse in the way it treats its employees. The employees are FORCED to handle the claims with you the way that they do. They have no choice. Once you go and complain or file a Department of Insurance Complaint, the company then writes up the employee for doing exactly what they were forced to do. All so they can then pay the employees less money.
