Victim of a farmer's customer

I was hit by a farmers covered driver, I was stopped at a red light and was stuck from behind at 40 MPH. His fault! It took them a week to even come look at my car. I am now two weeks in and still have not came to a settlement. In the mean time I have no car I am racking up a cell bill and I am stressed to the max. I will be buying a bumper sticker that reads" IF YOU HAVE FARMER'S INSURANCE PLEASE DON'T HIT ME!
