Totally disgusted with the adjuster for a second time. First time was storm damage for our house. The adjuster came out and gave a bid of $400.00 for the claim. I stated this was unacceptable and had them send out another agent. This time I had a contractor there to advocate for me. The claim ended up being over $10,000 after all was said and done- had to fight for every dime. Now several years later, we had our water heater break and flood the basement-they of course lowballed us on the claim by about 2,500 and we are still fighting with them. After this claim is settled, we are definitely dropping them and getting a new insurance company-Farmer's-just a bunch of crooks!
