Left customer behind

lady back into my wife's car ( driver's door) in the parking lot, the other drive refuse to take the blame, so her insurance company refused the claim. My insurance closed the case without let us know about what happen, and ask us to pay the deductible to get the car fix. or make a claim with other insurance company. I am getting a quote from other company after 21 years with Farmer
