High price for nothing

This is regarding my past experience with Farmers. I was hit by a fellow Farmer's insured vehicle. Because they could not verify who was at fault, they gave us a 50/50 claim compensation. The woman tried to do some "I'm your best friend" tactic at the time and gave me the minimum compensation for the accident - $ 500.00. I was young and naive. It was only my second car and my first accident. In any case, I have migraines to this day...and I paid way too much for an insurance company that didn't put my care first. I was rear-ended at a stop sign - very clearly his fault. This was in 1993 - I have since changed cars and Ins. carriers.
