High Premium + Bad Service

The Farmers premium is so high and worst service ever. We had auto insurance with them over 15 years and we wasted our money. We switched to a different company and the premium is same $. With a new company, I could add my son (17 years old) with additional car and covers $500,000.00, but the Farmers covers only $30,000.00 liability. When we had an accident (100% other's fault), the Farmers never helped us and told "you solve your own because it was 100% other's fault. Otherwiser your premium goes up" This was wrong! The new company just helped us even it was 100% other's fault and collected money in 45 days. (I needed to pay the deductible and rental car tax first). And our premium won't go up. If you have the Farmer's insurance, I suggest to shop around and change.
