Farmers just ok, unless you're in an accident

My friend and I were hit by a drunk driver. My friend and the drunk both had Farmers insurance. What a nightmare dealing with them (Farmers, not the drunk)! They tried to screw us at every turn. They didn't want to pay any of the dr bills, but finally gave in when we threatened with a lawyer. We both ended up settling for not a lot, as we both got tired of dealing with them. Needless to say, my friend switched insurance companies.
