Farmers is the worst

we had two small claims that totaled 7k paid back to us from Farmers. The cancelled our insurance before ever completing the work. The notified our mortgage company and "flagged" us t other insurance companies before even notifying us. Our agent, Toby Florek, did not advise us of their "2 claims in 3 year policy" to terminate. Had hoe done this, it would have all been avoided. We have 3 homes, 3 vehicles and one motorcycle insured. They loose all this due to their unscrupulous behavior and incredibly poor business. I might also mention that a local adjuster called our plumber Upwards to eight times in one day trying to get him to say the pipe broke due to freezing which was not true. I think that type of behavior speaks for itself. Think twice before you go with Farmers.
