I have been a member with Farmers for quite awhile now. With not only different vehicles, but different households. My agent has consistently taken care of me when i have had any troubles. If any of you are looking for an agent in California look up Millie Vickovic. The main problems I've been seeing online is either bad agents, or bad communication between the customer and the agent. If you are paying a low low rate on your insurance you are probably getting the basic coverage and aren't going to get fully covered. So maybe if you ask(because you know) for a certain type of insurance, you will get it, instead of getting the short end of the stick when you have to file a claim.
