Mrs. anonymousTotally disgusted with the adjuster for a second time. First time was storm damage for our house. The adjuster came out and gave a bid of $400.00 for the claim. I stated this was unacceptable and had them send out another agent. This time I had a contractor there to advocate for me. The claim ended continued... |

FARMERS--WORST CLAIMS SERVICE & AGENT SERVICE EVER!!!You may think the rates are cheaper so you switch to Farmers like my relatives did...do not fall for their cheaper rates. If you have a claim just like my uncle and aunt discovered, you will regret the switch. The saying is true..."You get what you pay for!" You pay cheap you get cheap service continued... |

Farmers is the worstwe had two small claims that totaled 7k paid back to us from Farmers. The cancelled our insurance before ever completing the work. The notified our mortgage company and "flagged" us t other insurance companies before even notifying us. Our agent, Toby Florek, did not advise us of their "2 continued... |

Left customer behindlady back into my wife's car ( driver's door) in the parking lot, the other drive refuse to take the blame, so her insurance company refused the claim. My insurance closed the case without let us know about what happen, and ask us to pay the deductible to get the car fix. or make a claim with other insurance continued... |

Farmers Insurance--Pocketing Your Money/Dragging Their FeetMy father was recently in an accident with one of Farmers Auto insurees. He was hit from behind on his bike in the bike lane.
