worst emergency road services

I have never seen any auto insurance company has worse emergency road services like auto esurance company. Whenever I call emergency road customer services, they place me on hold on the phone for a long time and they don't want to help me out even though I have full coverage including emergency road service. Any the towing providers they use is also worse. When I ask for towing truck to tow my car, I have to wait for a long time more than 1 hr for a towing truck coming. When towing truck come, they advise me to leave my car death on the street and refuse to tow my car home. Be aware before choosing a auto insurance. You just waste your money if you choose auto esurance.
