worst claim ever

my vehicle was stolen in sept 08 from new orleans french quarter. For people that are familiar with new orleans, know its not the safest place to be. anyways, as of feb 09 I am still waiting on the claim to be paid... this is a company that is broke and don't have the funds obviously to pay off claims. they sent me through all kinda red tape including a recorded statement, to wanting witness statements, to people sitting in front of my house, to people sitting across the street observing me. They sent me to a arrogant, ignorant attorney to be interrogated for an examination under oath. a word from the wise, you get what you pay for... all these months i am still sitting without a car... i've been bumming rides because esurance pays only up to 500/600 reimbursement for a car rental. you would think my claim should have been paid since 30 days after the claim was filed. This is so ridiculous!! I can say the customer service has been ok to the point of every time i call the adjuster, she calls or email right back. Otherwise take my advise and go for a reputable insurance company. research the company throughly before signing up for esurance.
