trying to make a payment arragement POL#PANJ3081291

I am very disappointed in YOUR company..i tried to make payment arrangements and asked to extend my cancellation notice for three days until i was paid...
no none was able to extend or help me as a paying customer.
Your customer service is not helpful at all.
I will report this lack of customer service to the District Attorney and Better Business Bureau in addition I will not recommend this insurance to any one That I know..
I called your customer service on 8/10/09 to make an arrangement for payment
for Aug 14, 09, i am a school teacher which does not get a salary during the summer months..also WE are in A recession which should be taken into consideration.
I was told that the equity in my insurance will be canceled at midnight..there fore i cannot get to work and cannot get paid unless i do so..i am also a cancer patient
that needs to get to her appointments...but YOUR company has left me on foot..
I hope this does not happen to any of your EMPLOYEES or any family member.
I am so disappointed in YOUR service
