never again

No longer an esurance customer, what ins company charges you $20 to mail out id cards...are you kidding me? then they actually processed a change to remove my car and add my new one when i just wanted a quote, and they took over double out of my account. When asked to speak to a supervisor they said they weren't available...yeah right, then they went round and round and round when i tried to cancel....sucks!
