it's a rip off, don't go to them

I joined it at first i moved to California and because their quote was cheaper than lots of big companies out there and with decent coverage, which the basic one is required by the State. but they add my premium every 6 months with No reason. it's way over the price i should pay with other companies. when i tried to switch, they charged cancellation fee. they takes your money like seconds, but waiting for their credit is FOREVER! No recommend it.
