esurance.com decent service but higher costs then expected

saw one of the esurance.com tv commmercials so went in for a quote. looked low, so i switched. but then i found out later esurance was a bit more expensive then i expected. they rate you up often i think! but customer service has been decent and they handled the one claim i had quickly.
