esurance worst car insurance ever.

This company is criminal. Its amazing what they can get away with...I was in an accident..got t boned by a un insured driver in which I would only have to pay a 100 deductable..not bad right? No rental car coverage and im left with 700 i have to pay in rentals and the deductable in which their staff assured me would be collected from small claims. A month goes by and I get no response so I call them and they then tell me that whoever told me that was wrong and they wont collect even though the person i originally talked to was one of the claims reps. Total BS...i kept emailing and calling, they kept blowing me off. And to top it off...they also increased my rates by 60 dollars from that..What bs....dont waste your time with this company...rediculous rates, terrible customer service and idiots working within the company..This company should never be considered for auto insurance...they have no regard to the working man and care little about customer satisfaction ....
