esurance won't let me cancel

Saw the Esurance ad, thought it looked good so signed up for a new policy. But then I found a better deal with X..... Saving $300. But Esurance still charged me for the policy I canceled, even though I canceled it right away. Cant get my money back from them either! Come on Esurence give me my money back!
