esurance is only good until you need them, or file a claim

after them hiking up the rates every 6 months, then when my car (full coverage) was vandalized and I went to file a claim they told me I had to go to a certain estimator, that was totally wrong in his estimate, and they pretty much told me that whatever he says goes. you might as well not get full coverage and just save up the money yourself as they are a ripoff scam. I hope that the economy and there lack of caring catches up with them soon and they go under with the rest of the bad economy, banks ect. they are all pure evil
