Customer Review - Esurance

Worst Insurance Ever had!!

1)They treat you like criminals when you make a claim and the Insurance Claim Agents that deal with the claim have no knowledge in handling a claim WHATSOEVER.
2) Been with them 4 years and every 6 months they up your Insurance amount and I have not even received a ticket on my license!
3)They treat you like how they would if you owe creditors money!
4)Good luck trying to talk with a Manager when issues arise. They have no idea what they are doing and do not care what you are contacting them about!
I would rate them an NEGATIVE 0.

They are the worst Insurance company I have ever dealt with! 4 years of my money and you would think they would treat you better! This company should be run to the ground!!!
