WARNING !!! Price increases & nosey when you rent a car and own multiple cars

First by them being a internet based service they charge you EXTRA to send you anything hard copy...that being said they automatically renew your policy and hit your account and that in itself can cause problems. Now I live in a apartment building and have various family members living here in SEPARATE APARTMENTS and got a letter from Ecrap saying everyone that had a DL needed to either be put on my policy or have their own insurance. WOW...that's insane. Regardless to the fact I DON'T let them drive my cars they still insisted. Then for the one's whom had their own car and policy's they wanted THEIR personal information to make sure they had their OWN coverage.WOW!!!! All this was brought about because I own various cars,some of which I only drive for specific things and only during certain times of the year and because we get a LOT OF SNOW in Chicago...chose to RENT A CAR...YES RENT A CAR AT MY OWN EXPENSE...just called to check to see if I was covered ( my insurance follow me in the RENTED CAR ) even though I paid out of pocket for the insurance. The RED FLAGS WENT OFF!!!!!! This moron asks me why did I have to rent a car if I owned a number of cars.UNBELIEVABLE!!! Needless to say they PISSED OUT THOSE FAMILY MEMBERS....then on top of that they raised my insurance because folks ran into ME!!!! NO cost to them to repair my car since the other insurance paid for everything still a increase!!! Time to do some searching for another company
