Treated like criminal when filing a claim

Yeah, great price, lowered every 6 months I for safe driving. Got into a small accident 2 weeks ago, they now want a copy of my cell phone records, my husbands cell records, our land line records and our checking account!! Do they really need to know I spend too much at WalMart to fix my car? I have faithfully paid for four years now and this is how they treat me. Worst experience ever!
