This not a trustworth company

I had a small car incident that other guy took advantage of me. I talked to Esurance for help. They said don't worry we will take care of you and nothing will impact your policy. Next thing I found out is they increased by premium by 40%!!! BTW for that incident they only paid the other side for about $500!. I actually want to give a 0 rating for this company.
