The worst customer service experience EVER!

Esurance removed a driver that no longer lived at our address from our policy but did not remove the vehicle. They continued to charge me for this vehicle for three months, which I only found out about after serious inquiry. When I called and talked to a supervisor, she said since I didn't explicitly state that I wanted the driver's car removed also, that I am responsible for the charges. However, esurance had sent ME and email stating they could no longer cover the car since it was at a different address. After I told the supervisor this, she stated that representatives aren't trained to "grill" customers about their possible customer service needs. Either way - why wasn't I asked if I also would like to remove the CAR from my policy ALONG WITH the driver. Esurance refuses to reimburse my money for a car they said they had to take off my policy.
