The Worst Experience everThey should get zero stars. I was hit by another driver. Esurance (my company) was absolutely no help. They wanted me to deal with the other insurance company. They wanted me to pay for the repairs and the rental, then go after the other insurance company for my money. I was lied to on many occasions. My wife and I were told different stories, every time we talked to them. I yelled at them on numerous occasions, to get them to make a phone call. They only started to do their job, when I refused to let them talk, as I yelled at them, then told them I was done dealing with them and if they needed anything else from me, they can talk to my lawyer. I sent my car to a shop that they recommended, so an appraiser would not have to check the car and I would get my car back sooner. After 9 days of having my car (4 days after the initial appraisal) they had their own appraiser check the car and reduce the amount by $144 by using after market parts on my one year old car. When I went to pick the car up, it did not look good. The parts did not fit properly. The car is still in the shop being repaired, a whole month later. After I complained to the BBB, I got a call from someone from Esurance, who apologized to me for how long everything was taking. My complaint wasn't how I was being treated and the fact they they weren't doing their jobs. And to anonymous, who says there is to much complaining, you can't be a customer, you don't tell about any experience. You just put others down for not being satisfied.
