Terrible Customer Service

I called the night before my previous insurance policy was going to expire, the agent told me what I would be paying with Esurance and I would save almost $400/year. The agent Seth, told me he would call me back in a half hour so we could get the policy set up. He never called, when I called them they were going to increase my policy by $500 because there was a lapse in coverage, which was their fault because Seth never called back!
