Some real nice people

I have only dealt with the company on-line until today. Anyway situations and economy as they are, fell behind, policy canceled. Unemployment extension came in, called spoke with a very nice human CSR. The CSR was able to help me re-instate the policy and update coverage all in one transaction. Hey, that's better than my local power company. I am happy with the service and the positive attitude.
