Geico Driver ran a red light and totaled our car, Esurance had our back!!!

Long story short...

A chick on the phone ran a red light and T-boned our car.
Within 2 days the girls insurance (Geico) accepted responsibility for the crash (uhh... duh it was her fault) and began giving us the run around about getting an adjuster to come out to evaluate the damage and if it was worth repairing.
Esurance stepping in and saved the day. They sent out their own adjuster and within hours of him evaluating our car and determining the damage exceeded the value (it was totaled) They were able to give us an amount they could cash us out for and laid out all of our options. It was the best experience i've ever had with an insurance company.
Now we're STILL dealing with Geico trying to recover medical bills and the like.... Geico is the most shiesty insurance company in the world. Fricking low life scum bags work there and don't care about you or your claim, only their paychecks and making sure you get screwed.
